Frequently Asked Questions
When will my products arrive?
If you just ordered from us then it will take up to 24 hours to send you a proof. Once you approve we’ll queue your job into our production schedule that usually takes 5-7 days to finish and allow 1-5 days for transit time. Holiday seasons will increase production time from 5-7 to 5-10.
Can I order just one item?
We have minimum sets for all of our screen printed items. The only items we sell that can be sold for One quantity is our photo products. Our minimum for screen printed items is 4-8 pcs, depending on the product.
Why does cost go up for lower quantities?
Screen printing requires a lot of manual setup and precision for each color and each item. By ordering more, you are making us more productive and saving on labor time and cost per piece.
How do I customize my own product?
From a quote that you want to say, a graphic you are interested in, to a reference design from the internet, we can print what you want. Just make sure you understand all copyright laws that may apply when choosing us to print your graphic.
Can you print multiple colors?
Yes, we can. We normally advise printing simple designs when choosing the screen-printing method, but we can screen print multiple colors. We print one color at a time and use color registration technique when printing multiple colors. For photos and advance graphics, these can only be applied on our photo sublimation products.
Can you print around the whole or anywhere on the item?
No, we can only print within the printing guides per each item. Some items contain curves that are difficult to print on when using a silk screen technique.
Can you match imprint colors?
Yes, we can. We hand mix our inks to match your desried PMS solid coated color but we cannot guarantee 100% match. The chemical processes of ceramic and glass inks when fired at high temperatures can be unpredictable for different shades of color.
How small can you print? Font Size?
We can print as 45lpi halftones, lines as thin as .1 stroke, & 6pts font size. In some cases we have acheive to print even finer halftones, thinner strokes and 3pts fonts sizes all depending on the quality of artwork provided.
What is your quality like?
We tell our manufacturers to go for A grade quality. We don't trim the quality at all within our products. We never skim off material, add fake weight, use inferior material, or even use material agents that can be potentially hazardous to your health. We check all the above to make sure we deliver a great long lasting quality for you.
Can I pick up?
No, we don't allow pickups.

What is a setup fee?
A setup fee is a fee that we charge to setup the printing, whether it be an artwork conversion or a silk screen template used. Just remember that customizing a product is an art project that requires real people to craft your merchandise.
Do I pay tax?
Everyone pay taxes for internet purchase if you are buying from California.
Do you accept paypal?

Can you print copyright material?
Yes, If the promo good is for personal use then you are allow to print anything you want even without permission. If the item we are printing for you is for resale or profit then you’ll be required to obtain permission to use a copyright design. You will assume responsibility of the design.
